Each design is completely bespoke, created around your needs, your family, and your lifestyle. We begin with a consultation to understand your vision and determine the scope of work. From there, we craft a cohesive design plan and handle every detail — so you can enjoy the process and focus on making more beautiful moments in your home.

When does the process begin?

Every project starts with an in-home or virtual consultation. It’s our time to get to know you, your space, and your goals so we can define the scope of work and provide a tailored proposal.

What's included with full-service design?

Our full-service design is completely turnkey — we handle everything from concept and sourcing to installation and final styling. You’ll have one point of contact and a seamless, guided process start to finish.

How long does the process take?

Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. On average, furnishing projects take 3–6 months, while new builds or renovations can range from 6–12+ months. We’ll provide an estimated timeline once your project scope is defined.

What's the investment?

Every design is customized, so investment depends on the scale of your project and the level of furnishings selected. We’ll discuss a general budget range during your consultation to ensure alignment before we begin.

What do I need to prepare before we begin?

We’ll send a short design questionnaire to help us understand your style, priorities, and how you use your space. Inspiration images, floor plans, or photos are always helpful!

Will I get to see the design before anything is ordered?

Yes! You’ll review a full design presentation — complete with layout, finishes, and furnishings — before we move into purchasing and project management.

Renovations & New Construction

A guided design partnership for your renovation or new build, from architectural plans to final finishes, we’ll bring your vision home.

From the first floor plan to the final finish, we work hand in hand with you and your build team to bring your vision to life. Our role is to make the process smooth and collaborative — reviewing plans, coordinating with your contractor, and curating every detail, from cabinetry and tile to lighting and hardware — so your home comes together beautifully and with ease.

When should we bring you into the process?

It’s best to bring your designer on board first — or at least at the same time as your architect or contractor. Involving us early allows for collaboration on layout, flow, and finishes before plans are finalized, ensuring every design decision works together seamlessly. This early partnership helps prevent costly changes later and sets the tone for a smooth, well-coordinated build.

Do you work directly with our builder or architect?

Yes — we collaborate closely with your build team, ensuring clear communication and a unified vision throughout the project.

Can you help choose a builder or architect?

Yes — we’re happy to connect you with trusted builders and architects who align with your project goals and design style. Ideally, your designer is brought on board first or at the same time as your architect, so we can collaborate early on floor plans, layout, and finishes to ensure your home feels cohesive from the start.

What's the typical timeline?

Timelines vary depending on the project’s scale. Renovations typically take 6–9 months, while new construction can range from 9–18 months. We’ll outline a schedule during your consultation.

Can you help select all the materials and finishes?

Absolutely. We curate everything — cabinetry, flooring, tile, lighting, hardware, paint, and more — to create a cohesive design plan.

Do you manage construction?

We don’t serve as the general contractor but work alongside your builder to manage all design-related decisions and maintain a cohesive vision.

Communication

We know communication is the key to success and we are dedicated to keeping an open line of communication throughout the duration of all of our projects. Our first line of communication begins with email. As your project progresses calls and texts will be implemented.

Payments

Partial payments take the form of a percentage paid at the time a contract is signed, with additional payments made at benchmark activities or a lump sum due upon completion of the work or delivery of product. Payments "due on receipt"means payment is due when invoice is presented, or immediately thereafter.
