Beautiful vintage Beaumont/York Maine Pottery salt-glazed stoneware crock, hand painted with the iconic cobalt-blue floral and leaf design.
This Ohio-made piece has the distinctive textured salt glaze in warm gray/tan with a rich brown interior and softly flared rim. The bottom is hand-marked with his signature cross and the date 1988.
A wonderful example of collectible American studio pottery with a rustic, folk-art character.
